The processing of your confidential data begins with the securing of the packaging for the transport before the destruction. We can offer you a wide range of secure trolleys of 80, 120, 240, 415 and 650 litres in order to meet your needs in the best possible way, whether they concern your paper documents, your archives or any other media. The type of trolley advised after study will meet several criteria (number of people, dimension of the space available in your premises for the storage of the trolley ...). We guarantee a secured and permanent control of the data from the management of the secured trolleys on to the destruction and well after. During the delivery or the pickup, our trolleys can be fitted with a numbered seal in order to offer a double guarantee that it has not been opened before the processing of the data. The trolleys will be opened only after they have arrived in our destruction area. The destruction of the data takes places immediately after arrival, following the DIN 66399 class 3 P-6 standards for the paper, DIN 66399 class 2 H-5 for hard drives ... The surface of the particles being less than 1cm2, in accordance to the norms, we can guarantee that these are no longer usable. Our procedures related to the transportation force our operators to take the shortest way when returning to our site, and this without stopping. Also, our vehicles are equipped with a geolocation system which gives the possibility to check their positions in real time.
